Today’s tip is one that has already helped a lot of users, and I hope it helps others here too 
Want to show off your data to the public? Maybe it is just a demo of your new product, you don’t always want to force users to have to create an account, right?
Meet the Anonymous User. This feature lets you generate a Public Link for your dashboard. Anyone with the link can view the dashboard and its data instantly. No login required!!
Buuut… public doesn’t mean “unsecured.”

Create the User: Go to TagoRUN > User Management > Anonymous.

Set the Policy: Use Access Management to define exactly what this user can see. You can grant “Read Only” access to specific dashboards while keeping everything else locked down.
This way you can quickly share your solution with anyone, securely!
