This happens when the Anonymous User is not set up yet or its permissions don’t include your dashboard.
For the public link to work without requiring login, you need to:
- Go to TagoRUN > User Management and create an Anonymous User (if you haven’t already).
- Then go to Access Management and create a permission policy for that anonymous user, giving it read-only access to the dashboard you want to share publicly.
- Make sure the dashboard has the same tags configured in the anonymous user’s IAM policy.
Once that’s in place, the “Share Public” option will generate a link that takes anyone directly to the dashboard, no login needed.
