Dashboard url doesnt work

I put in my link so the public can access my dashboard, but it just takes me to this. How do I make it so the link goes directly to the dashboard. Please see pic below of where it takes user

Hi Jeremy,

This happens when the Anonymous User is not set up yet or its permissions don’t include your dashboard.

For the public link to work without requiring login, you need to:

  1. Go to TagoRUN > User Management and create an Anonymous User (if you haven’t already).
  2. Then go to Access Management and create a permission policy for that anonymous user, giving it read-only access to the dashboard you want to share publicly.
  3. Make sure the dashboard has the same tags configured in the anonymous user’s IAM policy.

Once that’s in place, the “Share Public” option will generate a link that takes anyone directly to the dashboard, no login needed.
