I’m new to TagoIO and was finally able to get my sensor connected last night, I also created a dashboard to show the sensor values. See current payloads from Live Inspector view below, I also put image of my dashboard show fresh values that do not match dashboard. I checked my dashboard/run again the next morning and the widget data has not changed. Is there a setting that tells the widget to use the fresh data coming in?
Hmmm… not sure why but it looks like my ‘Bucket’ is only showing 4 records from previous night. Currently payloads are coming in, visible in Live Inspector but none of those values are visible in dashboard or bucket.
That value you are looking at is old, where are all the values that are coming in?
I guess my question is what is the purpose of the dashboard, to show only 1 old value (not current value) received from the sensor or to show all values received from the sensor? The co2 sensor is sending in values every 5 minutes (as shown in live inspector) so when I look at my dashboard for the co2 sensor and only see 1 value it think something is not working correctly.
I have deleted and re-added the sensor and cleared the bucket, now no data is showing (but data is still coming in as show by live inspector). I obviously don’t know how to properly set up a device, even though I followed the instructions.
Can you add a new device (can be my co2) or any test device you have to show that this dashboard actually works?
Currently I am only testing the co2 sensor but I have more to setup. I was hoping this could be a solution we could use to build dashboards for our clients with many sensors. Is there a call we can schedule or zoom to figure this out?
I believe there’s probably a problem during the process of inserting the data to your bucket, I’m currently waiting to see the data arrive at your device and verify the problem.
I noticed you’re data is arriving as expected in your profile, I also noted you are using the custom connector for TTNv3. So I believe you were parsing the data at the LNS before sending it to TagoIO.
