Why is my flow meter not showing pulse rate or different data than raw payload?

I tried to get a reading or pulse or some data to gather to figure out my gallons per minute with this Dragino SW3L Flow Meter. As seen from the screen shots I am only getting the payload in a raw form. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Jeremy!

I noticed you’ve added the device as a custom TTN so you aren’t decoding the payload it’s sending.

You need to pick the Dragino SW3L connector when you create your device otherwise you won’t transform the payload into the info you need.

I got the same results both ways. I am figuring it out with the Dragino support group to figure out why it isn’t working. After running this code in the uplink decoder I got back a response stating that the “payload is valid”, however it said something about “frequency”: “868000000” I will send a pic below the link…

Notice at the end of the "Complete uplink data info in the bottom right. At the end it says the frequency is 868. However, I set it at 915.

I entered the correct info when I registered it in the 915 mHz and am on the NAM1 community cluster. I am starting here with troubleshooting. I will talk to Dragino support hopefully tonight and will follow up. Any input would be great. Attached below are a few more screenshots, showing my settings in TTN.

After further troubleshooting, I found that it says “frequency”: “868000000”, however it does not truly represent the frequency I am on, which is 915mHz or NAM1. It seems to just be a glitch in their payload decoder as seen above with the TTN screenshots. Thank for your time in this matter.
