Hey y’all! Carolina from support here!
Last week, a customer reached out with an interesting question. He was using Blueprint tabs with conditions by user tag but hit a limit, he could only add up to 10 conditions
The reason? They were creating a unique tag for every single user, which isn’t necessary and can quickly max out the condition limit.
Here’s the tip: Instead of creating one tag per user, you can create one shared tag and assign it to all relevant users. Then, use that same tag in your visibility conditions. This keeps things clean, scalable, and well within the system limits.
This small change can save time, simplify your setup, and prevent hitting filter limits.
Have you run into something similar? Or do you have another smart way of managing user visibility in TagoIO? Share your experiences below!
