When I create users under user management, they are not able to login to TagoIO with their email id and password.
In fact the feedback is that when they insert their email for “forgot password”, the error message is “invalid email”.
Take the case of the email id “abhayav@radixweb.com ”. Can you please check and revert back on how to get this to work.

Hi Filipe,
Run Users are not the same as TagoIO accounts. They can only log in through your Run portal.
TagoIO accounts are intended for developers, while Run Users are the end-users that will have access to your application through the Run Portal and the Mobile App.

You need to enable the RUN in your account and send them the URL. Otherwise they will not be able to login into the application.
The https://admin.tago.io is for developers only and users shouldn’t try to login using TagoIO Portal.
