I am experiencing an issue when trying to open a support ticket on support.tago.io.
The interface appears to accept my submission (see attached screenshot), but I do not see the ticket created in my dashboard, nor have I received any email confirmation.
Any info?

We’ve identified a known issue between the SSO and our CRM system that’s causing this problem for some users. Our team is already working on a solution with the CRM team.
Don’t worry, we’ve received your ticket! In fact, we received two submissions, which you may have sent thinking the first didn’t go through.
We will get back to you soon with an answer via the ticket system
