Today’s tip is very useful for users who need to check something regularly or perform an action at specific intervals! Scheduled Actions save you time!
For example, if you need to reset a counter every midnight or send that PDF report (from the previous tip) every Monday at 9 AM, Scheduled Actions can help!
There are two ways to schedule:

By Interval: For example, “Check device status every 10 minutes.”

By Date (Cron): For example, “On the first day of every month at 08:00.”
Another tip: Don’t forget to set the Timezone! A report scheduled for “9 AM” needs to know if that’s 9 AM in New York or 9 AM in Tokyo. TagoIO lets you configure this per Action to ensure your automation aligns with your local operations.
