Gateway monitoring

Good Morning,

I have being trialling your platform, and I must honest, the alerts i did set.. all responded when the events took place

I was wondering.. if Gateways can be monitored on your platform, or when will this feature be available please.

My team need to monitor gateways-- when they go offline-- when they need firm ware update -=- mainly when they go offline

Hi Ozane,

You can definitely monitor gateways it all depends how your gateway behaves.
For example, does it send data advising the network that is will shutdown?

You could also setup a scheduled action to trigger an analysis to verify if the gateway is still online.
