Hello,
I understand there is a 20MB limit on individual file size, but I cannot find if there is an overall limit on total file storage per profile.
We are now allowing customers to upload photos (via RUN) from our anti-social behaviour projects as evidence and need to understand how much we can upload from RUN to a profile.

Hi Gary,
Currently there is no limit on the file storage of TagoIO.
In the future we may add limits to allow users to upload bigger files, but this is not the case for now.

Great news - we’re keen to get the photographic evidence of the vandalism into once place from the app - really good use of the Input feature.
The only thing I don’t like in the Add Files in the iOS App is when adding more than photo from the camera, you can only ever upload one photo because the name is fixed to image.jpg and the next photo overwrites the first.
It would be good if the app could auto-rename photos to image1.jpg, image2.jpg etc up the maximum files allowed.
