Is it possible to set a custom image for the pin in the map widget and I don’t mean the Infobox image but the pin itself.

It is totally possible to add a custom pin. All you need to do is paste the URL of your icon. Note that the file needs to be in the .svg format. By the way, you can store the .svg file in your Files within your account.
