I recently received a support case that turned out to be a great learning experience and worth sharing with the community.
A client reported that one of their dashboard tabs was showing the wrong name.
After some investigation, we found something interesting: the issue was caused by a Google Translate extension installed in the client’s browser.
The extension was automatically translating the dashboard tab name, altering it to something completely different from what was actually configured in the Admin.
When we accessed the same dashboard from other accounts and browsers, the tab name appeared correctly. That confirmed the problem was local to the client’s environment.
Sometimes the “bug” isn’t in the code, it’s in the browser itself
