Authorization denied

Hello,

I want to send data to TTN (downlink) using dashboard. I have made analysis but I am having problem with “authorization denied” i dont how to get rid of this thing i have checked everything but could not get it . Please help me in this regard

Hi,

Yes i did but whenever i send data in analysis it shows authorization denied.

Hi, im having the same problem, follower everything from the link you provided but im recieving autorhization denied and i cant send downlink from dashboard.

Hi Ti,

Have you followed this tutorial fully? Make sure you’re setting up the Authorization code.

Can you show us the analysis error you are receiving?

This is what i’m getting. My current setup is having 5 devices connected to tago.io all of them are class C devices, and im recieving uplinks normally but i cant use the analysis to send downlinks to them, i followed all the tutorials that tago io offers.

i have created the profile token and place as environment variable inside analysis with the key as account_token, i followed exactly the tutorial from https://docs.tago.io/en/articles/221-downlinks-using-dashboards and yet im recieving authorization denied. I already set the policy as the tutorial demands for my current analysis.
