Analysis deprecated

Hi,

I have some old analyses still running with old runtime Node.js or Python. I’m seeing new options when selecting the analysis runtime.

I am uncertain if I should start over with all my analyses or if the deprecated runner will remain accessible for a while. How many times could I expect my analyses to run with old runtimes. I’m planning to replace the runtime when working on analyses over time.

Hi @alexd,

You do not need to worry about rewriting all your analyses immediately.

We have no plans to remove the legacy runtimes (Node.js or Python) in the coming years. They will remain accessible.

If we ever decide to sunset these runtimes in the future, it will not happen suddenly. We will send notifications multiple times to all customers months in advance to provide ample time for any necessary transitions.

For now, you can continue your plan of updating the runtimes gradually as you work on specific analyses.
