# Raw Payload from ESP-32 is not arriving in Tagoio Platform and I am receiving status code 400

The logs receiving in Live Inspector in the Tagoio Platform:

Thanks so much, but I have already solve the problem, I was using a wrong profile in the platform.

Hi Danilo, welcome to the community and glad you got it sorted!!

Just to leave it documented for anyone who runs into something similar: a 400 status code on incoming HTTP requests is often related to the device profile or token configuration, exactly like you found. Worth double-checking the profile and the device token whenever the payload isn’t showing up in the bucket.
