Hi @tulio.souza,
Go to your device pages and open the Live Inspector tab. Click in the play button and then send data through your MQTT.

The Live Inspector should show any connection, success or error message related to what you’re sending. Copy and paste the log here for us to help you.

Thanks Vitor, Follow below the live inspector log:

Hi @tulio.souza,
As far I can see everything seems right and no error is being printed on your console.

If you can see in your device that the Last Input is being updated, the data should be in your device. Just create a table widget in a dashboard and you should see the variables and it’s values.

You can also see the last variables that was insert to your device by acessing the link: https://api.tago.io/data?authorization=DEVICE-TOKEN
Just replace the DEVICE-TOKEN by your token at the end of the URL.

If the Last Input is not being updated, please send us a screenshot of the action you’ve created.

Hi Vitor, I got the history from device-token: https://api.tago.io/data?authorization=b5a3fdc2-e824-4597-a8b6-ed0c29524a53

.

And also the Action setup :

Hi @tulio.souza,
In your action you’re triggering a notification when anything is sent to the topic tago/data/push.

You must change the Type of Action to Insert to device bucket.

if you want to trigger a notification, you can then create a new action to trigger by your variable and send a notification to you.

I changed but it didn’t work yet:

Hi, Vitor,
From my application using Mqtt its works fine, see bellow the results, the data has been posted sucessufly into bucket.
Now only a litle doubts, I sent the data to port 1883 to mqtt.tago.io, is it over ssl,? or my application needs to set ssl protocol ?
