Hey y’all! Carolina from support here!

I’ve been getting quite a few tickets with this same concern, and it keeps coming down to the same thing: picking the wrong region on the login screen. This isn’t about SSO, two-factor authentication, a password reset, or a locked account, it’s about your account being on a different server than the one you’re selecting.

Before, TagoIO ran on a single server in the **United States**. Some time later we added a server in **Europe** , but every account created before that stayed on the US server, no matter where the person logs in from.

Nothing changed on our end recently either. This region screen has always been there, most people just landed on the US server automatically without noticing it, which is why it can feel new now.

How to fix it:

- On the region screen, select **United States** instead of Europe.
- Log in with your usual credentials.

If you select US and still can’t get in, [open a ticket](https://support.tago.io) with a screenshot or short video of what you’re seeing, and we’ll take it from there.

Hope this saves some of you a bit of time!

Let me know in the comments if you run into this or have questions.

Cheers,
