# Data Input Not Renewing

Hi!

I have 2 below quries,

1. I am using the free trial version of Tago IO, but it is not renewing the data inputs after every month. This was for the prototype testing.

2. Also, I am working on project for non commercial educational researcher, and want to buy services for 2000 devices, but with some discount, please let me know to whom I should contact in this regards?

About your question 1, could you be more specific? I’m not sure I understood.
