I am trying to see the sensor data for the air temp hum device. It says it received data 11 minutes ago as seen in this screenshot. I created a widget in a dashboard and noticed that when I tried to input the Variable to use it stated “Auto Complete is Temporarily Disabled”. Usually, there is a drop-down menu where you can choose the temp or humidity for the data input variable, but in this case, there is not as seen on the screenshot attached.

Hi Jeremy,

Using the [live inspector](https://help.tago.io/portal/en/kb/articles/453-live-inspector) or [bucket variables](https://help.tago.io/portal/en/kb/articles/54-managing-buckets#Variables), you can see what data is coming and print it in your dashboard.

I tried that and could not find anything mentioning soil moisture. The closest I could find was a number of 61 from fport. Please see the screenshot attached. Is this the correct value? I am also seeing this for my temp humidity sensor from Dragino. There is nothing in the variables list that mentions temp or humidity. I can send that screenshot also if you would prefer. I just sent the screenshot with the soil moisture meter data for now as seen attached below.

Thanks,

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

What Network/Connector are you using?

If you are using a connector that doesn’t have integration with TagoIO you need to use the [Payload Parser](https://help.tago.io/portal/en/kb/articles/147-payload-parser) to parse the data coming in the “payload” variable.
